Had a great Easter weekend at a hotel located conveniently near the ferry. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering suggestions and answering our questions. Our room was comfortable and spotless, and the door/valet personnel were just as helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant located right next door, and the Starbucks inside was a nice bonus.
While we did not experience any major issues during our stay, the hotel lacked some amenities we have come to expect. The fitness center was small and poorly equipped, and the pool area was not as clean as we would have liked. Additionally, the room lacked certain modern touches such as USB ports and a smart TV. it was a good stay, but there is room for improvement.

My Christmas stay was amazing! The hotel provided complementary hot chocolate and cookies each night, which was a great touch. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the holiday festivities. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations on local activities and restaurants.
Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about my stay. The only negative was that the bathroom was a bit small, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting during the holiday season.
